Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be issued for services provided by DataCare Solutions Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Setup Fees
All setup fees are non-refundable once setup work has commenced.
Setup fees cover initial configuration, deployment, onboarding, and related preparatory work required to activate the AI assistant. As these services involve immediate allocation of resources and effort, setup fees cannot be refunded under any circumstances after work has begun.
2. Subscription Fees
All subscription fees are non-refundable.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Clients may cancel their subscription at any time; however, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial usage, unused time, or early termination.
3. Cancellation of Service
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time through the designated billing or account management channel.
Upon cancellation:
- Access to the service will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period
- No further charges will be made after the subscription term ends
- The service will be suspended once the billing period concludes
4. Technical Issues
If the service is found to be technically non-functional due to a fault attributable solely to our system within the first 7 days of initial activation, a refund of the subscription fee only may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
This does not apply to:
- User error or misconfiguration
- Third-party service outages
- Network, hosting, or platform limitations beyond our control
- Dissatisfaction with responses, performance expectations, or business outcomes
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for the following situations:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Lack of usage or engagement with the service
- Business closure or change in business direction
- Failure to achieve specific sales, leads, or business results
- Requests based on expectations not explicitly stated in the service description
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorised chargebacks or disputes raised without prior communication may result in immediate suspension of service. We reserve the right to provide relevant documentation, usage logs, and agreement records to payment processors to contest disputes where appropriate.
